Canadian Solar 620W TopBiHiKU6 N-Type Bifacial Solar Panel
Model: CS6-2-66TB-620-F30-EVO2
Product Overview
The Canadian Solar 620W TopBiHiKU6 is a high-performance N-Type bifacial solar panel built with advanced TopCon technology. Engineered for maximum efficiency and long-term durability, this module offers a powerful solution for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial solar applications. Its bifacial construction allows for higher energy yields by capturing light from both sides of the panel.
Key Features
-
High Module Efficiency
Achieves up to 23.0% efficiency, delivering more energy per square meter. -
TopCon N-Type Cell Technology
Reduces degradation and increases long-term reliability with excellent anti-LeTID and anti-PID performance. -
Bifacial Energy Generation
Captures sunlight from the front and rear of the panel, increasing total energy yield. -
Lower LCOE and System Costs
Higher energy output per module reduces overall system costs for large-scale projects. -
Strong Environmental Resistance
Designed for 5400 Pa snow load and 2400 Pa wind load, with enhanced shading tolerance and minimized micro-crack impacts. -
Temperature Performance
Low temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C improves performance in hot climates.

Warranties:
All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labour. A valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) must be issued once installed, specific to the installation of the backup or solar system. The installation must be compliant with SANS 10142 and ALL its parts. Any warranty claim submitted without installation photos, a valid COC and proof of a qualified wireman/master electrician installing the unit, can be rejected and will render the warranty claim null at void.
