The battery comes equipped with a 5U module design, offering a space-saving and efficient solution for installation. It includes a module interface pedestal, eliminating the need for a separate cabinet and streamlining the setup process.

The installation options for the Freedom Etower Battery are versatile, accommodating various setups. You can choose to stack the units horizontally to form a tower, with pedestals included for each module. Alternatively, it can be 19-inch rack mounted using brackets, with the cabinet excluded. For further convenience, the battery can be mounted vertically on the floor or wall (using a shelf/bracket) with the terminals facing upwards.

All necessary accessories are included with the battery, making installation and setup straightforward. These accessories include 1 x 1.8m red 35mm battery cable with m6 lug, 1 x 1.8m black 35mm battery cable with m6 lug, 2 x busbar connectors (1 x heat-sink in black and 1 x heat-sink in red), 1 x inter modular communication cable, 1 x 1.8m long communication cable (inverter dependent), and 1 x 1.8m long RS485 communication cable.

Warranties:

All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labour. A valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) must be issued once installed, specific to the installation of the backup or solar system. The installation must be compliant with SANS 10142 and ALL its parts. Any warranty claim submitted without installation photos, a valid COC and proof of a qualified wireman/master electrician installing the unit, can be rejected and will render the warranty claim null at void.
