Returns and Refunds Policy for Invertsolar
Notification Period: Please notify InvertSolar of your intent to return an item within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Procedure: If you wish to process a return, please contact us at info@invertsolar.co.za. For damaged or defective goods, we'll ask for photographic evidence to be sent to us.
Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to personal preference or a change of heart, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is faulty or damaged, Invertsolar will cover the return shipping costs.
Sending Items Back: Goods should only be returned to our warehouse for processing. Please do not send them back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process: Refunds, replacements, or credits will be processed only after the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Handling Fees: If the return is due to a change of heart, a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Defective Goods: If an item is received damaged or defective and we have stock, we'll replace it. If not, a full refund will be provided for the damaged item.
Acceptance Criteria: Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unopened packaging and hasn't been tampered with or used.
Exclusion: Refunds will not be granted if there's evidence the product has been used.
Delivery Times: The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you can vary based on your location.
Refund Amount: When a refund is granted due to personal preference, the refund will exclude the original delivery fee, and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
