Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of South Africa, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Invert Solar, their immediate families and anyone involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter: All entries must be submitted via the official Invert Solar website using the entry block provided. Participants must follow all steps listed on the Giveaway Page to qualify. Additional entries may be earned by commenting on the linked blog post, where indicated. Entries submitted via social media alone will not count unless completed through the website.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries close at 10:00 AM on 19 February 2026. The winner will be selected and announced on 20 February 2026.

4. Prize One winner will receive a Felicity Solar Inverter + Battery Combo. Installation is NOT included in the prize. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Invert Solar reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.

5. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be randomly selected from all valid website entries. The winner will be notified via email, phone, or direct message using the details provided. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, Invert Solar may select a new winner.

6. Verification: Invert Solar may request proof of identity to confirm the winner. Failure to provide accurate or sufficient information may result in disqualification.

7. Delivery of Prize: The prize will be delivered or made available for collection, depending on the winner’s location and arrangement. Installation services, labour, wiring, and additional components are not included.

8. Publicity Consent: By entering, participants agree that their name and/or photo may be used for winner announcements and promotional activity on Invert Solar platforms once agreed upon.

9. Data Protection: Personal information collected will only be used for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

10. General Conditions: Invert Solar reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway should circumstances arise beyond its control.
